The space Located on 1.2 km long Mill Pond in Milford the property offers over 400 ft of pond frontage to enjoy the views! A cottage-style, newly updated house with air conditioning, 3 comfortable bedrooms, a full bath upstairs and a powder room downstairs alongside large capacity washer/dryer. Two south facing balconies (1 private off the master) a firepit, wildflowers, lilac and maple trees add lovely touches to the natural beauty. An easy location for walks and bike rides, a quiet road wrapping around the pond to bring you to the lovely bakery PECish, Mount Tabor playhouse, and the Milford Playgrounds with playground as well as a pond launch area for water recreation. Guest access The main and upper floors are for guest use the basement is for storage only. The main area around the house (1.5-2 acres) is maintained with a fire pit area and outdoor areas to relax.
