Fountainhall Townhouse is a beautiful, two story self-catering home in Aberdeen’s city centre. Our family home features 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, 2 cosy and comfortable living rooms and a large dining room with a grand dining table. The Townhouse is decorated to a high standard throughout, with opulent finishes giving a sense of luxury. You can enjoy a range of delicious coffee spots & independent shops which are right on the doorstep, and walk into the vibrant city centre of Aberdeen. The space Fountainhall Townhouse is a grand, three bedroom home set across two floors. On the ground floor, we have a large and beautifully decorated Living Room with comfortable sofas and a cosy open fire - a favourite spot of guests to relax and spend time together in the evening. In the Snug, you will find a comfortable sofa and large smart TV, the perfect place to sit with your feet up. Guests can access Freeview along with services such as Netflix for streaming TV or films. Our bright and spacious kitchen is at the rear of the house, and is well equipped for cooking, with a large range oven and gas hob. The Kitchen overlooks the garden with floor to ceiling windows allowing the light to flood into the room. There is a breakfast table and comfortable seating area for casual dining. Our formal dining room has beautiful views over the garden. The large dining table seats up to 8, perfect for larger groups. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one with a superking and two with king size beds. The Master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, with a relaxing free standing bath and a luxurious overhead shower. There is an additional shower room on the landing for guests to use. Luxury toiletries from Scottish Fine Soaps are provided for your use. Located in the West End of Aberdeen, Fountainhall Townhouse is situated right next to delicious coffee spots such as Cafe Cognito, and is a short walk from Union Street where you can find an array of local shops and restaurants. Guest access The entire house is available for our guests to use during their stay. This includes a sunny private garden to the rear of the property with outdoor seating area, which you are welcome to use during your stay.
