You will be sharing the space with other AirBnB guests and the host who will live in the lower level of the home. Guest access Guests will have access to: 1. Shared Bathroom (on same floor level) 2. Living Room 3. Kitchen 4. Outdoor Patio 5. Basement (Washer / Dryer) No pets unless the host approves beforehand. You can use the main refrigerator, but please put it on the BOTTOM shelf. Please use your laundry supplies. Guests are not permitted to use the basement bathroom, which is reserved for the host's use only. Guests are not permitted to park in the driveway spots behind the garage. Guests can park in either: 1. On The Street (Behind Mailbox, DO NOT PARK ON GRASS) 2.
