Sweet cosy room with beautiful view near the city

This is a cosy private room with a balcony in a house shared with lovely host(s), two cats and/or other guests. Located in a suburb, quiet and nice neighbourhood, ca 20 minutes drive from the city centre, close to local transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers etc. Parking is free. You can use kitchen, sauna and jacuzzi for an extra charge, bathrooms are shared with 2-6 people. The space You can have coffee, tea, cereals, eggs and fruit for breakfast for extra charge of 8 eur, You can use kitchen, sauna, jacuzzi and barbecue grill for an extra charge. Guest access Toilet and bathroom are shared with 2 until max 6 people. Tap water is very clean and tastes good. During your stay If you need transfer from the airport, feel free to ask, I can offer it along with a city and area tour for some extra fee. Other things to note I can also cook you a warm delicious meal for some extra fee. Feel free to order it at least 2 hours in advance.
