The house is 300 m from Vilas do Atlântico beach, within a gated community, with 24-hour surveillance, close to public transportation, 6 km from the airport and with easy access to the beautiful beaches of the North Coast. You will love this space because of the quiet environment, the cozy neighborhood with shops, malls, bars, restaurants, varied services and the hospitality of the people. The space is great for couples and families (with kids). The space The house is ventilated, wide, wooded and grassy. It has barbecue, with sink and table with wooden benches to guarantee the best moments of leisure, integrated to the pool area. The balcony is spacious and cozy, with space for coexistence and hammock. Behind the house we have a backyard with fruit trees and a small vegetable garden. Guest access The guest will have access to all rooms, except for two private spaces identified as such.
