Many features and amenities are included, like Kayak, Paddle board, beach gear, Pickleball rackets & much more to make for a relaxing, wonderful stay! - PEACEFUL, LARAGE WOODED LOT - Cabin sits atop hill on over an acre offering privacy & abundant wildlife - you'll feel away from it all while just a short walk to beaches & park. Dogs love our cabin too! 1 PET WELCOME, MUST BE NO RESERVATION. - THOUGHTFUL TOUCHES & AMENITIES - - Kayak & Paddle board are free for guests to use, beach parking pass (if you'd rather drive), beach chairs. umbrella & cooler, plus balls and pickleball rackets for park. In the cabin we have brewed & pod coffee, tea, laundry essentials, heated mattress pad, firewood, lots of comfy blankets & bath robes, crystal wine glasses, and much more. Forgot toiletries - we have you covered with all the basics. - BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED CABIN - one of the original 1930's cabins thoughtfully updated with modern amenities while maintaining its vintage charm. All new furniture, washer & dryer, mattresses, linens & decor. The floor to ceiling fieldstone fireplace is a stunning feature (we provide the wood). A beautiful sun-filled sitting room offers a quiet place to sit & relax, read, or work. Abundant windows and skylights throughout, providing a bright, light filled space. Primary Bedroom: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen + Twin Living Room - Pull-out couch Two full bathrooms with showers Please note, while the cabin has been thoughtfully updated, we strive to maintain its historic character, as one of the originals (almost 100 years old). So you may find the wood floors creek & show signs of the many guests its welcomed over the years, some light switches are in odd places, and you pass through the bathroom to get to the primary bedroom. We think this adds charm and hope you do too! While we regularly spray for bugs and meticulously clean (read reviews :-), the cabin is in the woods so occasionally you may find a harmless bug has made its way inside. Guest access The entire house & property are available for guests with the exception of the loft & garage. 1 Pet is welcome, but must be on reservation. PLEASE NOTE: The house is on a hilly wooded acre with approximately 25 orginal stone steps up to the door. INDIVIDUALS WITH MOBILITY ISSUES AND/OR NEEDING WALKING AID / ASSISTANCE MAY FIND IT DIFFICULT TO ACCESS. While we have path and patio lights, it is dark - great for stargazing and feeling away from it all! Flashlights are available on the side of the garage and in the house, to help navigate. Other things to note PETS - We welcome 1 pet, please include on reservation (there is a pet fee). We kindly ask that you pick up after pet and are considerate of sandy / muddy paws tracking into the cabin. ACCESS TO CABIN: Part of the charm of Evergreen Dunes Cabin is it sits on a hilly wooded acre with a path and approximately 25 stone steps / stepping stones that lead from the driveway to the door. Individuals with mobility issues and/or needing walking aid / assistance may find it difficult to access. While we do have path and patio lights, it is dark which makes it great for stargazing and feeling away from it all, but it can be tricky navigating. if arriving at night.
