A small, bright, functional private accommodation in the very heart of the historic old city of Zadar. Located in a Venetian building in the lively pedestrian quarters, this prime location is just minutes by foot from all the main Zadar attractions, historical sites, restaurants and cafés… The accommodation is also minutes from Zadar’s beautiful Riva seaside promenade, where it is possible to sunbathe and swim in the warm season. The space The accommodation (overall surface is 16m2 / 172sq. ft.) consists of one room and a private bathroom. It is perfect for a single traveler and also accommodates a couple. The double bed is a high quality sofa bed with a comfortable mattress (dimensions: 140x192cm) to ensure a good nights sleep. Upon arrival guests will find the bed open and set with linens and pillows. When the bed is open, the room is half occupied by the bed (see photos); there is the option, if desired, to close the bed manually via a straightforward swivel mechanism to turn it into a sofa, then a folding table attached to the wall can be opened and there is a “tam tam” stool and folding chair (see photos). You will find illustrated instructions for closing and opening the bed on site. There is a mini bar refrigerator and a tea kettle but no cooking facilities. The accommodation is situated on the second floor, with a staircase walk-up (no elevator). The location is in a highly popular old town pedestrian zone, so at night there may be background noise coming from the street. This can be settled by keeping the window, which has insulated triple layered glass, closed. The amount of light coming into the room can be regulated by adjusting the outdoor shutters.
