Our charming house located in a small subdivision of recent villas in the Carros area will allow you to spend a relaxing vacation in a soothing setting. You will find all amenities within walking distance. Ideally located between land and sea, you can relax with your family and discover the French Riviera easily. Nice city center is twenty minutes by car. The house faces south and has an area of 90 m2, fully air-conditioned The space House which consists of a very large living room, dining room with open and richly equipped kitchen as well as a toilet. Large windows will allow you to reach the 150 m2 garden, ideal for your children to have fun. You can also relax on the deckchairs, cool off in the above-ground pool and have a good time on the terrace (an awning will shelter you from the sun). Upstairs, two bedrooms will be available to you (140 cm bed and 80 cm bed convertible into 160 cm), a bathroom and a toilet. The sofa can accommodate, if you wish, two additional guests since it is composed of two large seats 120 wide by 190 long. A small vegetable garden will allow you to eat fresh vegetables and fruits without pesticides. A parking space will allow you to park in front of the house. You can activate the alarm day and night, motion detectors are at each opening but we have no cameras. The back yard is full fenced. Guest access You can enjoy the entire house except the master suite (a 3rd bedroom that does not appear in the listing) and the garage that serves as storage.
