On our farmyard, there are two cozy cottages that can be rented separately but in this case also together. Both cottages have a fenced garden, a Jacuzzi, a private bathroom and kitchen. The smallest cottage is suitable for 2 people, and the large house with two bedrooms is suitable for 4 people. The cottages are 20 meters from each other. Monpazier is a 15-minute walk. The space House 1: This vacation home can accommodate 4 people and has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 1.80m wide, of high quality. Bedroom 2 has two comfortable single beds of 90 cm wide. The kitchen was renovated in 2024 and is well equipped with an oven and dishwasher, as well as a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and various pots and pans. In the living room, there is the dining area with a spacious dining table and the seating area with a sofa and two armchairs designed by Rob Parry. The large wood-burning stove is a valuable addition in winter, which heats the entire house effortlessly! Some knowledge of wood burning is necessary, but we are happy to help with that. Furthermore, there is a small, dated but clean bathroom with shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet. House 2: The cottage with large covered terrace is suitable for 2 people and does not have a separate bedroom. So you could also call it a studio. The cottage is equipped with a kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is a double bed of 1.60 meters wide, and there is a sitting area. The covered terrace is, in our opinion, the nicest place in Sivade! The terrace has an outdoor kitchen, a dining table and a seating area. The terrace faces south, but is sufficiently shaded by the trees around it. The kitchen is well equipped with a Nespresso machine, a kettle and various pots and pans. Please note that there is no dishwasher or oven, and the refrigerator is located on the covered terrace. WiFi: via Starlink. Fast and stable! With its own router. Working during the holidays is therefore quite possible. There is no television. The car can be parked inside the shed, which makes for a lovely cool car during summer outings. Private garden For extra privacy, each home has a fenced private garden. Here you will find a cozy dining table, comfortable relaxing chairs, a hammock and a barbecue. And of course the jacuzzi is not missing! Jacuzzi Cool off on a summer afternoon or warm up under the starry sky. In the garden of each vacation home there is a spa/Jacuzzi. The cost for this is €75 per stay per jacuzzi and they are available from June to September. The pump is equipped with a salt water system so you always have clean and clear water. The Jacuzzi has bubbles and massage jets and a simple display to set everything. We provide clean water and new filters before you arrive!
