Plaka House, Kerames

"Plaka" as the locals call the square of the village of Kerames in Rethymno, which is a stone's throw away from the house. The tallest house in the center of the village, built on three levels, with unobstructed views of the mountain and sea from other buildings. We hope it will give you moments of enjoyment with the air of the Libyan Sea cooling you down. "Plaka house" combines the experience of staying in our traditional village with the exploration of the pristine beaches and mountains of the area. The space A beautiful, special and comfortable house with all the necessary equipment, in the center of the traditional village of Kerames located in South Rethymno, can offer you everything you need for a memorable stay. The house is built on three levels with internal stairs and has air conditioning. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is one of the two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second level, on the first floor, there is the second bedroom and a bathroom. On the third level, on the second floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Outside the second level there is a sunny balcony, as well as a larger balcony with panoramic views of the sea and the mountain on the third level, where you can enjoy your coffee or food and relax. One bedroom has a double traditional carved bed, a wardrobe for your clothes, an iron, an ironing board and a safe for your valuables. It also has a chest of drawers, a mirror, a smart TV and a small fridge. The other bedroom has two single beds, which, if necessary, can be joined, a wardrobe for your clothes, a mirror and a workspace with a chair. In the living room-kitchen that has a wonderful view, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hobs, an oven, all the necessary utensils, a kettle, a toaster, a sandwich toaster, a coffee maker and basic items to prepare your meals and a table with four seats and a sofa to enjoy them. You can also use the table as a workspace. There is also a smart TV. The modern bathrooms have a shower cabin, solar water heater and hairdryer. Also, in the bathroom located on the first level you will find a washer/dryer. Wi-Fi is also available. You can experience moments of relaxation and enjoy your vacation!
