The space Z Casa de Cabo is just completed a full renovation! Z Casa de Cabo is located on the 5th hole of the renowned Palmilla Golf Course and offers endless views of the ocean in the distance. Enjoy the entire home to yourself with three bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper in the loft/office area. Bedroom 1: King, private en-suite bathroom Bedroom 2: King, private en-suite bathroom Bedroom 3: King, or can be converted into 2 twins upon ample request. Bathroom across the hall Loft/Office Space: Queen pullout sleeper sofa accessible by stairs and open to kitchen/living area below. *All reservations will have complimentary amenity access to the Palmilla Dunes Club for 6 people. There is a small fee of $350 MX Pesos per person per day for parties larger than 6. Guest is responsible for the payment for additional guests over 6 people. Palmilla Dunes is located about a 3 minute drive from Z Casa de Cabo. Failure to comply may result in club access being removed for your stay and is up to the discretion of the Palmilla Dunes Club staff and/or homeowners of Z Casa de Cabo. Nightly rate will not be adjusted if guests behavior results in the removal of club access. Z Casa de Cabo is about a 7 minute walk to Playa Palmilla; one of Cabo's few swimmable beaches.
