The ground floor features a bright and airy living room, where you can unwind on comfortable seating in front of the inviting fireplace. The space flows into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a celebratory dinner. Upstairs, you will find four beautifully appointed bedrooms designed for restful nights: - Bedroom 1: King sized bed with a private en suite bathroom - Bedroom 2: King sized bed with a private en suite bathroom - Bedroom 3: Double bed with a hidden reading nook - Bedroom 4: Bunk room with two single beds The cottage includes three bathrooms in total. In addition to the two en suites, a family bathroom features a charming clawfoot tub, while another offers a sleek, modern tiled shower. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire cottage and its immediate surroundings. This includes all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the living room, the kitchen, and outdoor areas attached to the property. Guests also have access to the on-site facilities of the Lower Mill Estate, including: - on-site Leisure and Wellness: outdoor heated pool, indoor heated pool and outdoor eco pool (unheated!) - steam and sauna room - Massage treatments (extra cost) - Fully equipped gym - Tennis courts - astro pitch Enjoy the peaceful ambiance of our home and the beautiful estate it resides on with complete privacy. Other things to note Our cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for our guests. We have blended modern amenities with rustic charm to create a unique and welcoming space. The fireplace is available for use, and we provide a starter pack of logs for your first night. Lower Mill is a peaceful development to escape to from the day to day hustle and bustle of modern life. We ask guests keep any noise to a minimum after 2200 and before 0800. We are not able to host hen or stag groups.
