Relax in the hammock or lie by the pool in the tropical garden, we are a few minutes walking to the beach, stores and nightlife of Playa Zicatela. Perfectly located for that early morning surf or beach walk & just along the road from our favorite local 'Cafe Dans'. The space Casa Lily is a 3 story custom built beach home. Each floor is one fully self contained apartment each with its own private access. The garden and pool are communal areas shared by the three apartments. This 3rd floor 2 bedroom apartment has the luxurious addition of a large outdoor terrace and air conditioning. There are large windows, big breezes and beautiful palm tree top ocean & sky views. It is important to mention here that CASA LILY IS NOT A HOTEL there is no 24hr front desk. Families traveling with children should note as can be seen from the photos, the property has unfenced pool and open terraces; children must be supervised at all times. Cleaning services are offered for bookings of 4 nights or more, 2 weekly cleaning services are provided for longer term rentals. Routine garden and pool maintenance included. Other things to note - NO PARTIES OR EXCESSIVE NOISE. Casa Lily is not a party house .. no parties, no excessive noise. - NO VISITORS. For reasons of security we do not accept visitors. The house, grounds and pool are for use of Casa Lily clients only. - PET FRIENDLY. We are pet friendly but all pets must be declared on the reservation. Also to be noted - LAUNDRY MACHINES mentioned in the listing ARE FOR STAFF USE ONLY. Personal laundry service is available for a small fee during housekeeping hours. - Beach/pool towels can be provided at request during housekeeping hours, Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 1pm. - Each apartment is equipped with a safe. Please feel free to bring your own medium size padlock. - Whole house can be rented for up to 16 persons. IMPORTANT.
