Farm in the outer archipelago of Stockholm

A unique archipelago location in the Bullerby style with three houses and a 200-metre-long shoreline facing south. The houses are in a traditional archipelago style with a simple standard. They are located 30 metres from Tjocköfjärden. Accommodation means a dip in the sea instead of a shower, and toilet visits are made in an outdoor toilet with a view of the sea. Dishes are washed using rainwater, so there is no piped water. Down by the water, there is a private beach, jetty and sauna, which are only shared with one neighbour. Perfect for families with children.
