Townhouse with garden and open fire place

Townhouse in beautiful Friluftsstaden by renowned architect Erik Sigfrid Persson. 127 m2 with basement of 50 m2 with bedroom, sauna, shower/wc and laundry. Bottom floor has a spacious living room with open fire place and dining table for 8-12. Big kitchen with small table for 4. Garden has a table for 8 and charcoal and gas barbecue. The Ribersborg beach is a 5 min bike ride away. One minute walk to buses to city centre and supermarkets. Our home is perfect for families with children or groups. The space Top floor has two bedrooms, one bedroom with 180cm bed and the other with 140cm and bathroom with a shower. Middle floor has one bedroom with a 90cm bed, kitchen and one toilet. Basement has a folding sofa (160cm bed) The basement is semi open plan, no doors that separate the area with the folding sofa but curtains as room divider. We have extra mattress to create extra sleeping areas, a family of 4-5 is no problem In the basement there is also one bathroom with sauna and a small bathtub and one laundry room. Two bikes, one baby seat and one bicycle trailer for two kids available. We also have one baby bed, baby chairs etc Other things to note We have an outdoor cat living with us, but of course not when Airbnb-guests is renting, but good to know before choosing our home for (very?) allergic persons
