🟣 WE DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE 🟡 WE HAVE OTHER APARTMENTS (See my profile) STUDIO-style 🏠 apartment, New and recently renovated, in the most central region of Foz do Iguaçu. In the same block, there are several restaurants and ice cream parlors, a medical center, gas station, pharmacies and bus stops, which take you to the bus station, airport, waterfalls, Paraguay 🇵🇾 and Argentina🇦🇷! BEST LOCATION!!! I😁 'm always available to answer questions and help you plan your trip. The space Studio JK 5 is new and has been recently renovated, in a rustic “industrial” concept. The studio contains: - cooktop + new induction cooktops, for better and greater safety, preventing gas leakage; - Retro Midea minibar, with freezer; - 20-liter microwave; - Professional hair dryer; - Cabinet with key; - Clothes rack and hangers; - Suspended TV + unlocked channels and movies; - Electric kettle; - Set of plates, glasses, cups and cutlery (new); - Workplace; - Wi-Fi; Guest access Guests will have access to the common area of the social hall, apartment and parking lot. There is a set of keys for these accesses. The apartment/accommodation has access to an electronic lock with the password being generated and changed with each reservation made. Other things to note - Do not leave the air-conditioning on while you are outside the accommodation. - It is not allowed to remove any item from the property / accommodation - Exceeding the number of people in the accommodation is not allowed. - The cleaning fee is not included. - Only registered guests are allowed - Damages that exceed the amount of the deposit will be charged to the guest and reported to AIRBNB. - Guests must dispose of trash in the trash can! - Do not use the facilities for illegal practices. - We do not charge a cleaning fee, but failure to clean the dishes and care for the environment may result in a fee being charged. - Turn off the light when you leave the room. - Quiet time after midnight - the fee for the lost key will be R$ 50
