Welcome to Boho Riverside, conveniently located for easy access to London’s city center. Just a 5-min walk from Surbiton station, you’ll be less than 10 minutes from Wimbledon Station and under 30 minutes from Waterloo Station in the heart of London. It’s also a short 5-min walk to Surbiton High Street and a 20-min walk to Kingston town center, where you can enjoy a stroll along the Riverside and explore pubs, restaurants, and shops. The space My flat is located on the first floor, which is the middle floor. It has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room with an open kitchen and a balcony facing the street. Access to the flat is via stairs only. The bedrooms are on the garage side, making them very quiet. Guest access Guests have access to their room and the shared bathroom. The living room and kitchen are private areas and not shared with guests. If you need to use the fridge or other facilities in the living room or kitchen, please feel free to ask, and I'll assist if possible. Other things to note There is no private parking available. On-street parking is free on weekends, and paid from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (with a maximum of 4 hours using the RingGo app - code 26521). On weekdays, I can provide a visitor’s parking permit for £5 per day. Please direct message your request at least 24h in advance to ensure the availability of permit vouchers.
