A Peaceful Home on Washoe Lake (Room 2)

Our home is on the shoreline of beautiful Washoe Lake with a captivating view of the Siera Mountains. It is a two-story house with a deck, nice backyard and is away from any busy streets or city sounds. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Reno or Carson. My husband and I both work 40+ hours a week and enjoy coming home and winding down from our days together however from time to time we don't mind interacting with our guests to help them have the most enjoyable stay as possible. The space The bottom floor is where you will be staying. On that floor is where the two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, laundry room/kitchenette and garage is. The kitchenette opens to the backyard as well. The only time we are usually downstairs is when we need to do laundry or coming into or leaving the house from the garage. For the most part you should have plenty of privacy. We do ask that guests stay downstairs. Ultimately we are looking for people who are looking for a place to stay for an extended period of time (i.e. traveling nurses, professionals).
