Luxury holiday villa (10 people) with shared pool

Ultimate relaxation and enjoyment 'a la campagne'. Our nice family vacation home has been refurbished with a lot of love and care. Result: a wonderful place, where it feels like coming home. Equipped with every comfort, warm and cozy. The cozy, spacious living room with large dining table and open kitchen make it possible to have unforgettable moments together. Dining outside, kids playing in the garden, and with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plenty of space and privacy! The space The house is ideal for large families or families who want to go on vacation together. On the ground floor is the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, 2 separate duvets, an en-suite bathroom and French doors to the terrace. On the right side of the house, there is a separate "cozy studio" with its own entrance, also with a king size bed, 2 separate duvets and bathroom en-suite. On the 1st floor, there are 3 spacious double bedrooms with 2 separate box spring beds in each room and a large shared bathroom with toilet, shower and bath. In the arrival hall, there is a separate toilet. The new, covered veranda is great for dinners and after-dinner outside, and even in less nice weather, it is good to play a game of darts together, for example. There are also various games available for entertainment. The terrace is south facing and there are 6 sun loungers available for sun worshippers. For families traveling with small children... there is a high chair, a camping bed with a good mattress (8 cm thick) and a stair gate at the top of the stairs. The nice, shared (not public) swimming pool, including a shallow children's area, and the newly built tennis court are located at the end of our street. Nice and close, the children can walk there safely themselves, but also just far enough away not to be bothered by noise. Both are freely accessible especially for our guests. There is a beautifully landscaped 27-hole golf course a 5-minute drive away. There are plenty of opportunities to go out for fun day trips/family outings; canoeing, amusement park Futuroscope and Fun Forest near Poitiers, karting, horseback riding, a monkey/zoo, a multiple award-winning historical theme park, a beautiful aquarium and the sea within an hour's drive. Other things to note Next to the avenue of our villa is a small holiday park with 29 detached villas, all privately owned. Our villa is not part of the holiday park, but our guests are allowed to use all the facilities. The shared, large heated swimming pool with a separate children's area is open from May to September. During the summer holidays, the opening hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. There is no supervision at the swimming pool, so younger children may not be left alone, and use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. In addition, there is a tennis court, a ping pong table and a jeu de boules court. Ice cream and drinks can be obtained at the reception, and in the summer there is a fresh bread service. Bicycle rental is possible through an external provider. It is advisable to book in good time in the summer. The bikes are brought and picked up again. The villa is located in a quiet area. There is no restaurant or evening entertainment at the vacation park. Within walking distance is an organic fruit and vegetable shop with fresh local products. There are several markets in village squares in the area. The nearest village (6 minutes' drive away) has a number of restaurants with simple meals. Also a Spar and a craft baker and butcher for the small groceries. The nearest town with old town center has more restaurants, a large supermarket, a number of department stores and cheap refueling and is a 25-minute drive away.
