Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for relaxation and a dream garden We offer a house with a huge and beautiful garden in a central and quiet location. The house is almost at the end of a sack road but is still centrally located. The space Our two-story house is located in a quiet sack street, away from any hustle and bustle. The upper floor is not inhabited and cannot be used, so you can enjoy your break undisturbed. Despite the quiet location, in the middle of Styrian volcanic land, the house offers a perfect connection to the B68 with access to the A2 motorway (Ilz or Gleisdorf). The train station is only about a 15-minute walk away, and Feldbach city center can also be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. A Billa Plus supermarket is also in walking distance. Our oasis of peace is located on the Raabtalradweg. Swimming pool, indoor pool and tennis courts are within easy walking distance. Opposite our house is the railway line (Feldbach-Graz). The train is quiet and does not represent noise nuisance. There is a freight train twice a day, which is of course a bit louder. Set up of the 80m² apartment: Modern, newly remodeled kitchen: In the practically furnished kitchenette there is a stove, oven, fridge, sink and dishwasher. In addition, in the kitchen there is the tea and coffee corner with microwave, tea kettle and Nespresso capsule machine. The dining area with large table invites you to eat together. Living rooms: Spend relaxing vacation hours in a cozy living room with couch and TV. In the living room you also have access to the 16m2 balcony with another huge dining table. Enjoy sunny hours and from the balcony the view over the entire garden. Comfortable, partly newly renovated, Bedroom 1 & 2: In each of the two bedrooms there is a cozy double bed and its own wardrobe with hangers. In bedroom 1 there is also a TV, in bedroom 2 you will find a small desk. Please note that bedroom 2 can only be reached through bedroom 1. Bedroom 3: If necessary, a small room with a single bed is also available. Please note this room is NOT renovated. Please let us know when you book if you need this room. A baby cot is also available if needed - please let us know when booking if needed. Bathroom & toilet Of course, there is also a small bathroom with shower and a separate toilet in the apartment. Terrace and garden: The garden with its old trees, cozy seating and a lush blossom offers an ideal environment for relaxation and play, especially for children. A barbecue area invites you to social evenings outdoors. Garage and parking: A small garage for mopeds, bicycles, motorcycles is at your disposal. Upon departure, the apartment must be left in the same condition as it was found (if necessary, return moved furniture, tidy up toys, put away garden cushions...) and the garbage must be disposed of!
