Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for relaxation and a dream garden We offer a house with a huge and beautiful garden in a central and quiet location. The house is almost at the end of a cul-de-sac but still centrally located. The space Our two-story house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, away from any hustle and bustle. The upper floor is not inhabited and cannot be used, so you can enjoy your time off undisturbed. Despite the quiet location, in the middle of Styrian Vulkanland, the house offers a perfect connection to the B68 with access to the A2 motorway (Ilz or Gleisdorf). The train station is only about 15 minutes' walk away, and the city center of Feldbach can also be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. A Billa Plus supermarket is also within walking distance. Our oasis of peace is located on the Raab Valley cycle path. Swimming pool, indoor pool and tennis courts are within easy walking distance. Opposite our house is the railway line (Feldbach-Graz). The train is quiet and does not cause any noise pollution. A freight train runs twice a day, which is of course a bit louder. Layout of the 80 m² apartment: Modern, newly renovated kitchen: In the practically furnished kitchenette there is a stove, oven, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. In addition, the kitchen has a tea and coffee corner with a microwave, tea maker and Nespresso capsule machine. The dining area with a large table invites you to eat together. Living room: Spend relaxing vacation hours in a cozy living room with a couch and TV. In the living room you also have access to the 16 m² balcony with another huge dining table. Enjoy sunny hours and from the balcony the view over the entire garden. Comfortable, partly newly renovated, bedrooms 1 & 2: In each of the two bedrooms there is a cozy double bed and a private wardrobe with hangers. There is also a TV in bedroom 1, and a small desk in bedroom 2. Please note that bedroom 2 can only be reached through bedroom 1. Bedroom 3: If needed, a small room with a single bed is also available. Please note that this room is NOT renovated. Please let us know when you book if you need this room. A baby cot is also available if needed - please let us know when booking if this is needed. Bathroom & toilet In the apartment there is also a small bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Terrace and garden: The garden with its old trees, cozy seating and lush flowers offers an ideal environment for relaxation and play, especially for children. A barbecue area invites you to spend sociable evenings outdoors. Garage and parking: A small garage for mopeds, bicycles, motorcycles is at your disposal. Upon departure, the apartment must be left in the same condition as it was found (if necessary, put back furniture that was moved, tidy up toys, put away garden cushions...) and the garbage must be disposed of!
