Other things to note Early Arrivals and Late Departures: – If you expect to arrive early in the morning and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Or we will be more than happy to welcome you in our communal area while wait for your Townhouse to be prepared. – Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to villa until your departure. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags in the receptionist till the time you need to go to the airport. The late check-out is subject to availability and may involve an extra charge. Please note that Bali is a tropical destination, so you may occasionally encounter insects or small wildlife, particularly near gardens and open-air areas. From time to time, this can include geckos, ants, butterflies, birds, and other insects, this is a normal part of island life and these visitors are generally harmless. If anything makes you uncomfortable during your stay, please let us know right away and we’ll be happy to assist.
