Sometimes guests bring basic ingredients -- salt & pepper, condiments, non perishable food, etc. We leave these stocked for future guests rather than throw out perfectly good food. If you would prefer to not use them -- don't. General Disclaimer -- *PLEASE* have reasonable expectations. We put a large amount of work into renovating, maintaining, and furnishing the space, but at the end of the day this is still just a single story house, built in the 1970's. It isn't a Ritz Carlton operation. We'll certainly help for reasonable things (just send us a message!), but we can't be your concierge service. For all consumables including soap, paper towels, toilet paper, keurig cups, etc. -- well equipping the first round is on us, additional rounds on you (True story -- someone once went through 12 rolls of toilet paper in 2 days and wanted more!). For those few disclaimers though I do guarantee though that you'll have a comfortable, clean stay in a nice neighborhood -- much better value than any hotel in the area -- and that you'll find the property accurately pictured and described.
