WE ARE! ready to host your stay at our house near Penn State (10 min drive). Easy access to all the shops and restaurants on the north end of town, our home is perfect for your trip. All beds and baths are on one level (there is 1 step from the front walk into the front door). A walking path surrounds our community and we're a short walk to two kids parks. Please note: this is a No Partying/No Smoking house. The space All three bedrooms are on one level. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Large open-concept living area allows you to cook while entertaining your friends and family. Guest access The entire house is yours except the garage (it's locked, so it shouldn't be a problem). The space will be entirely yours during your stay. Other things to note There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Please note: there is no-on street parking. Per AirBNB User Agreement: If you want an early check-in or late check-out, you may incur a fee up to the cost of the next night's stay; this will be clearly communicated to you prior to setting up the check in/out change. This payment will be payable through AirBnB's system. No off-AirBnB payments will be accepted for your reservation placed on AirBnB.
