Welcome to La Pierre-Laye, a spacious Anglo-Norman manor located 1h30 from Paris and Deauville, with French billiards, table football, in a wooded park of 8000 m2 bordering a small town and in the middle of which you will find a heated pool in summer, a hot tub, a porch, a trampoline, a zip line, a slackline, a large garage to play table tennis even in rainy weather. You will also find bicycles. You can even fish in the river. Stay at least 5 nights in July and August. The space This 400 m2 home includes: -On the ground floor: a large room of about 35 m2 with open summer kitchen, shower room and access to the heated pool in the summer . It is extended by a covered terrace of 80 m2 on which there are tables and chairs for everyone as well as a hot tub for six people. -On the ground floor: a large kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a billiard room/ library, a games room and toilets. Rooms and living room overlooking a terrace of 80 m2 furnished with a garden furniture, tables and chairs as well as a large umbrella. -On the first floor: 4 bedrooms with their four bathrooms/ wc; 3 bedrooms with beds of 160, the fourth one with two beds of 80. -On the second floor: a bedroom (bed 160) with TV and its bathroom, a toilet, a closed space consisting of two bedrooms (1 with a bed 160, two beds 80 in the other) a bathroom and a toilet, a lingerie, a terrace to hang out the washing. Other things to note A 15 minute walk (3 minutes by car) is the Espace Loisirs de l'Iton where you can practice canoeing, paddle boarding, pedalo and wakeboarding every day in summer and on weekends in September.
