Large garden in the back, to get in the shade. 5 km from Chinon in a small typical village, ideal location to visit the castles of Azay, Villandry, Rigny Ussé, Amboise and Chenonceaux, the cities of Tours, Poitiers and Angers. The space The house is organized as follows: - On the ground floor: a large living room with club chairs, a large sofa, a small stereo and an old piano, a wood stove; a fully equipped kitchen with gas stoves, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster and small appliances, abundant and quality dishes; a dining room with a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people. A laundry room makes it possible to wash and dry the laundry, toilets are also there. The dining room and living room overlook the small south-facing garden, where there is a large table, barbecue, garden chairs and armchairs. Upstairs, the staircase overlooks the auditorium equipped with a large TV and a hi-fi system, which can be listened to comfortably on the 2 sofas (1 of which is convertible); next to it is the bathroom, with sink, shower and bathtub, separate toilet; there is also access to the large bedroom which has a 160 cm bed and storage. From the auditorium, you can access the mezzanine where there is a 140 cm bed, as well as the bedroom located on the second floor, also equipped with a 160 cm bed. At the back of the house, the large garden allows you to enjoy the sun in the evening, in the deckchairs or garden chairs, to play table tennis or petanque, but also to park the cars. In one of the troglodyte cellars, you will find 3 children's bicycles and 2 or 3 adult bicycles and you can put your wine (from Chinon!) in the cool!
