Also, the Quinta Alegria shopping center is just steps away. This is a busy touristy area surrounded by stores, bars and restaurants with live music. So, if you would like to be in an area where there is hustle and bustle going on, this place is right for you. The space This one-bedroom apartment has a queen size bed and the sectional in the living room can turn into a full size bed for up to 2 additional guests. Other things to note Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. No parties allowed. Please turn off lights and A/C when not in the room or going out in order to save energy costs. There’s a limit of up to 10 KW per day or 300 KW per month for electricity usage. If you go over the limit, you just the difference, which is very inexpensive (about $3 per KW)
