The second is 7 m² (it is a cabin room, without window) with two single beds. The kitchen is fitted and equipped, it is spacious. The free parking space is secure, it is inside the property, away from the road and just outside the living room window. The property is completely new. We have an additional guest room, independent of this accommodation if you need more space. Other things to note The Cagny pick-your-own, next to the house, offers seasonal fruits and vegetables. You can pick them yourself or buy them already picked in the small store. This pick-your-own is a 5-minute walk from the house. A 5-minute drive away you will find all the local shops and a large shopping mall with all kinds of sports activities for young and old (Isatix (climbing gym), Prison Island, trampoline park, axe throwing, children's island, bowling, escape game) Here are some good restaurants that you can find next to the accommodation: - La Table d'Eole in Touffreville (10 min), it's also a water park. - La Storia, very good pizzeria in Caen - La Villa Eugène, Le p'ti B and Avenue 21 in Caen as well (15 min) - The nearest beach is Ouistreham (18 min) - Merville Franceville beach is 25 minutes away, where you will find a large play area for children. - Proximity to the landing beaches - Caen Memorial, Caen Castle, museums.
