Hi! We are temporary renting our one-bedroom apartment in the Kingman Park Historic District. Please contact us if you are interested in a more extended stay, from 1 to 6 months. It is a quiet residential neighborhood only a 10-minute walk from the Metro. Our Metro station is 3 stops from the U.S. Capitol and 5 stops from the National Mall. This is a smoke free house. $500 fine will be accessed if you smoke in the house, including marijuana. You may smoke in the backyard. The space Our one-bedroom apartment on the second level of a historic DC townhouse with a private entrance directly to the street and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare any meal after a long day of sightseeing. We are tea and coffee lovers and will share with you our latests picks. Parking in our backyard is available for guests. Parking passes are available upon request. TV and microwave are in the unit.
