The accommodation SONNENGRÜN is modern, cozy, and fully furnished, offering space for up to 4 people. A free parking space is available directly in front of the property. The space Welcome to our accommodation "Sonnengrün"! We are delighted to welcome you to our modern apartment with a balcony. As you enter the house, you'll arrive directly at your 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor, which will be entirely ready for you during your stay. In the entrance area, you'll find a practical wardrobe that offers ample storage for your jackets. From here, you have access to all the other rooms: two cozy bedrooms, each accommodating 2 persons, a small storage room for additional space, and a spacious living area featuring an open, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a TV. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a separate toilet. In our accommodation, you will find everything you need for your daily requirements. You just need to bring your personal items, toiletries, and groceries. Of course, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the house so that you can stay connected with the world at any time. To ensure a harmonious coexistence, we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 22:00 to 08:00. Please note that parties or events are not permitted in the accommodation. Our goal is to provide you with a peaceful and relaxing stay. Guest access During your booked stay, you have exclusive access to all the amenities of our apartment. We sincerely thank you for taking care and being mindful of the comforts our apartment offers. Your well-being is important to us – enjoy your stay to the fullest! Other things to note For the reservation of a travel cot and a high chair including bedding before your arrival, a flat fee of 30 EUR per stay will be charged. Please contact us in advance. An E-charging station at the parking lot next to our house is available to you by appointment. The fee is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt hour for charging your car. Our laundry facilities are available upon request. If you would like to use them, we will be happy to reserve a 5-hour laundry time slot for you. The facilities include a washing machine with detergent, a dryer, an iron with ironing board, as well as a folding surface for laundry.
