With everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one, this lovely king size room within a shared home has easy walking distance into town from this centrally located accommodation. The large room hosts a plethora of comforts with ample space, Towels, Dressing Robe & Slippers, Media Tv, Tea & Coffee, Fridge and ample storage for longer stays. With use of dining kitchen for meals. A large bathroom has twin sinks enabling your own dedicated area for use. The space Welcome to your home away from home. We are a very relaxed quiet household and will always aim to make you most welcome. Rest assured unlike some of the local room accommodation, sharing with an experienced host guarantees no unsavory, thoughtless or loud characters walking in or up to your safe space. My property is a 2 story stone house, with drive way & back garden. The spare room is a lovely large sunny room with plenty of space available. The bathroom also has plenty of space. I live on the top floor. Feel free to make use of the kitchen and living room, however I have not shown photos as we do not live in a showroom - they are working/living places of my private but shared household. The kitchen has all utilities available to you and there is a dining table you can eat at with patio doors onto the seating area outside. Due to my work pattern and fairly flexible hours, I can accommodate your morning routine making sure the bathroom is free when you need it. You will have plenty of towels, your own sink & area, with use of the large shower & large double ended bath. So there should be no concern that the bathroom will be busy when you need it or left unsightly or unhygienic! You might even get it all to yourself when I am away. I do not provide a maid service over your stay therefore you will be expected to clean up after yourself. I am up and down the country work dependent & I have a long term lovely female lodger who looks after the place when i'm away. On those occasion you are welcome to park on the drive otherwise there is on-road free parking along the street. I am flexible on arrival and vacate times along with luggage holding. Outside is a seating area & BBQ - currently some work is still to be completed - hopefully in time for summer. In the past I have had many NHS workers especially student placements for the hospital as the walk is about 15min. Trades & Professional working in town. Visitors to our lovely area are also most welcome. Guest access Full access - minus our personal bedrooms and the out building & utility storage. During your stay As much or as little as you wish! when I am home I can work till very late as I am self employed. My lodger works 2.30pm-11.30pm, otherwise spends the majority of time doing her own thing. Other things to note Our street is one of the only 2 tree lined streets in Barnsley town center where residence own and care for their homes. We are just a few minutes away from the town, Morrisons / post office / great micro pub / hairdressers / takeaways / doctors / pharmacy & a lovely big park where there is jogging in the mornings. The train / bus station is about 10mins walk, with bus stops minutes away.
