The space The Les Althéas vacation rental, a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation with air conditioning upstairs, has a surface area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is composed on the ground floor of a fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower cubicle and double sink, a toilet, and a bedroom with 1 bed of 160 x 190. On the 1st floor (air-conditioned), you will find a second bedroom with 1 160 x 200 cm bed, a third bedroom with 2 90 x 190 cm beds and a toilet. Outside, you have a terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, 1 parasol and 2 deckchairs. You also have a 2nd garden furniture set under the shed in case of rain, 1 barbecue, 1 table tennis table. You can park your vehicle in the courtyard of the cottage which is fully fenced and closed. A gate gives you access to our garden as well as the pool. Guest access Access to the cottage is completely independent of the main house of the estate. A gate gives free access to the garden and pool. The La Belle Charentaise estate is fully fenced and closed by an electric gate. Other things to note Sheets are provided free of charge and beds are made upon arrival. We only accept small dogs, for compatibility concerns with our little Yorkshire. We do not accept cats. Pets will be accepted upon prior request. The pool is shared with the owners and vacationers present during your stay. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or around the pool. We can provide a baby bed and high chair in the accommodation, if necessary and at no extra cost.
