Charming house located in Evangeline, in the heart of the Acadian Peninsula. Large outdoor terrace with Waugh River views and attached garage. 1 km from road biking and mountain biking/snowmobiling trails, 10 minutes from Caraquet and Shippagan and 20 minutes from Tracadie. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed and the second bedroom contains a double bed (sleeps 3–4). The space Garage: Large garage that can accommodate 1 vehicle/truck. Kitchen: Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay. Living Room: Relax after your day in our small living room. TV with Netflix. Master Bedroom: Cedar cathedral ceiling, relaxing atmosphere with river view. Queen bed. Air conditioner. En-suite bathroom with shower. Dresser and bedside table for storage. The bedroom is located above the garage with its own staircase in the main entrance. Second bedroom: Cozy bedroom with double bed. Air conditioner. Wardrobe for storage. The bedroom is located on the second floor. Warning: The two bedrooms are not nearby. The master bedroom is above the garage and the other is upstairs in the house. So maybe not ideal for guests with young children. Bathroom: Ground floor bathroom (with bath). Master bedroom bathroom (with shower). Towels provided. Laundry room: Washer and dryer at your disposal. Detergent and fabric softener on site. Gym area: Basic strength training equipment. Dumbbells (5 to 52.5 lbs), 25 lb bar with 5, 10, 25 and 35 lb plates. Elastics, ball, yoga mat, pilates items. Outdoor terrace: Large sunny terrace with furniture and swing.
