Our house is located on the left bank, a stone's throw from the old bridge of Blois in a very quiet area. Within walking distance to the historic center and the castle. Free shuttle from the train station to access the cottage and the city if needed. You will have a private garage close to the house. Redesigned and refurbished to combine the charm of the old with a comfortable setting and practical amenities, you will appreciate its unoverlooked courtyard. All shops nearby. The space Ideal for families with up to 3 children if one of them is a baby, our house will provide you, for a relaxing weekend or a longer stay, the opportunity to discover Blois and its surroundings, this part of the Loire Valley being particularly rich in heritage and exceptional sites (Châteaux de Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont-sur-Loire and its Festival of Gardens, Amboise, Beauval Zoo Park...). Cycling (or hiking) enthusiasts will have close access to the Loire bike path. The house consists of 2 levels: - the ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a courtyard not overlooked, a comfortable living room with dining area, bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a closed toilet. - the upper floor consists of a bedroom with a 160 bed and the possibility of adding a baby bed (provided on request), a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Each room has a storage dresser and the ability to hang clothes on hangers. A closed toilet with sink is adjacent to the first bedroom. Bedding is new and in good condition. The majority of the equipment is new. We provide a selection of DVDs, books (children and adults) and games. A private garage near the house is available for guests. Let yourself be tempted, we'll be happy to host you. Guest access For guests arriving by train, free shuttle with a stop near the property (Alliés stop). Other things to note If you come with a baby or toddler, we can provide you with the following equipment according to your wishes: baby bed, changing mat, bathtub and support, bouncer, high chair, chair booster, child toilet seat and baby potty. Access to the historic center of Blois, its typical streets and stairs and the Château is only a few minutes' walk away. You will cross the Loire by the old bridge and thus have a global view of the right bank and its slate roofs. On the left bank and in the immediate vicinity of the house, you will find, among other things, many food shops (several bakeries, 2 convenience stores and a grocery store, a cheese maker, 2 wine merchants, a delicatessen, etc.) and quality restaurants.
