Fully furnished rental with stocked kitchen, jacuzzi tub, riverside patio, fire ring on 56 quiet acres. Owner lives in lower level apartment with a separate entrance. The space ORVs & snowmobiles welcome. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and trailers and a very short and legal ride to the trailhead on Deerton Road.. Guest access 2nd & 3rd floor interior and 2nd floor deck. There is also a fire ring on the patio.
