Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located just 1.5 blocks from the center of historical market street and minutes from the Corning Museum of Glass. Plenty of restaurants and unique stores within walking distance. The space This property has Canfield Park across the street on Pine St. which is very peaceful and is the size of the whole block with an old court house on it. There is a 200 year old church right across from the apartment on E. First St. which still plays the church bells daily. Then you are exactly 1.5 blocks from center way square on historical market street which is right in the middle of it all! Guest access Key code is issued before check in for use of the front entry door. There is also a back door with a small private deck and a couple Adirondack chairs which can be easier for loading and unloading your luggage and personal items. Other things to note The parking is odd/even street parking so it alternates nightly but always available parking on East First St. or Pine St. Since the house is on a corner lot. I myself prefer Pine Street for parking and easier access to the apartment.
