Valdez Acres - Home away from Home - Cabin Rental

Welcome to our beautiful Greer cabin, located 2min from State Route 260. As you turn onto State Route 373, we are one of the first cabins you see off to the right. Our home will comfortably sleep 12 people, but can definitely sleep more if couch surfing and air mattresses are okay with you. We have 3 full master bedrooms (biggest of the masters is on the 1st floor), 2 bedrooms and a loft for sleeping. We are 15min from Sunrise Resort, 2min from local lakes, and 5min from downtown Greer. The space Wild animal sightings are breathtaking in this area - deer, turkey, elk and big horn sheep are always walking through our property. It is such a treat to wake up to the many animals walking around in the yard. We have a hammock, a swinging chair on the wraparound deck, sleds, snowboard equipment depending size, bikes, paddle boards to enjoy the lake and fishing equipment. Our property is completely fenced in for the kids to enjoy the entire property. We also have our empty lot in front of our home, which is closer to State Route 373 and our kids love to ride their side by side/Canam and dirt bikes around. When this home isn’t being rented out, our entire family enjoys being here and will always be stocked with basic necessities for the kitchen and bathrooms - whatever is left out, you are welcomed to use. We just want others to experience and enjoy this beautiful area, as we do. Guest access Access to the home will be a keyless entry. Other things to note LIABILITY WAIVER: Bikes, kayaks and paddle boards will be locked up and code will be given if you agree to the following. You understand that the use of the jacuzzi, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the jacuzzi, kayak, paddle boards and bikes. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the jacuzzi, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that use of the jacuzzi, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the jacuzzi, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the jacuzzi, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from using the jacuzzi, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes.  All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
