Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests. BYO beverages ★ Pets – No pets, without permission. Our pet fee is $150 for one pet; for two pets, the fee is $250. ★ Hot Tub - The hot tub is trained, sanitized, fresh water added, and treated before your arrival. They are ready for use and takes a little while to heat up , so switch it ON as soon as you get there. Directions for hot tub use are located on the wall next to it. ★ Linen and Bedding Service - All bed linens and towels are hotel-grade, fresh and totally exchanged by our cleaning service between every single stay. ★ Wifi Reliability - While we pay for top of the line wifi, It is a fiber optic cable installed so we should not be running into issues, if there is we would try to resolve it but it might take time.
