Welcome to our cozy retreat in a quiet neighborhood of Williston! If you're a feline lover or simply seeking a peaceful getaway, look no further. Our charming abode offers a unique opportunity to experience the comfort of home with the delightful addition of two live-in cats. The space Explore the charm of Williston, take a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood or venture out to discover the beauty of the surrounding area. Less than 20 minutes from the city of Burlington, 30 minutes from Stowe and 20 to the ski resort Bolton Valley. Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully curated space designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. Sink into the plush comfort of our living room sofa, sip your morning coffee on the peaceful patio, or relax by the propane fire pit on the back porch at night. You will also find a small playground, gazebo, and shared field space across from the house that is shared by neighbors. While we are very excited to share our space with you, we kindly ask that you treat it with care and respect. This is more than just a rental property to us- it’s where we live (when not traveling or renting to family like you 😊) and create memories. So please, treat it is you would your own home. Bonus, because it is our main home it may be stocked greater than your regular AirBNB! The two resident cats, whiskered ambassadors of hospitality, eagerly await your arrival. Whether you're missing the companionship of your own feline friends or simply craving the soothing presence of a purring companion, they're here to make your stay unforgettable. Guest access During the stay, guests will enjoy access to two bedrooms, both bathrooms, and the main floor and outdoor spaces. Please note that the basement and a few closets will be inaccessible as they are designated for private use and will be locked to indicate they are not for guest use. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these areas. If you have any questions or need assistance during the stay, don’t hesitate to reach out! Other things to note Our home is located in a serene, family friendly neighborhood, and we kindly ask our guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere. As such, we have a strict no-party policy in place. Additionally, please be mindful that the neighborhood (and town noise ordinance) observes quiet hours from 10:00pm-7:00am. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
