Located on the hillsides of Aubiac, our family gîte Les Acacias de Mahourat welcomes you for a stay in the heart of Gascony. Discover our terroir in the farmers' markets: wines, prunes, foie gras, sun-drenched fruits. Visit our beautiful region on foot, by bike along the Canal du Midi or in our villages rich in history (Moirax, Nérac...). Enjoy the jazz, salsa and férias festivals of Gers. Have fun at WALIGATOR/AQUALAND 10 km away, at the FÊTES D'AGEN... The space The 100 m² house includes: - on the ground floor 1 kitchen with fireplace, oven, dishwasher, washing machine 1 living room with bar and TV 1 separate toilet - upstairs 2 bedrooms (in each, 1 double bed and 1 single bed) 1 bathroom with shower and toilet 1 boudoir Outside, enclosed garden of 150 m² + access to the unfenced garden for pets :) Guest access No bathroom or bedroom on the ground floor. Other things to note Possibility of adding a travel cot in one of the 2 bedrooms.
