Free parking under a carport for two vehicles. Come and enjoy the view of the sunsets or sunrise. The space The main bedroom has a queen bed. The living room space has a fulll size pull out couch. Can sleep about 2-4 people. The main bedroom has all the linens and additional pillows. Guest access Guest can use patio upfront set up for them specifically and propane fire pit. You also have access to the back yard which has a trampoline. Please keep in mind that the back yard is a shared space with primary unit. Other things to note Please keep note that the secondary unit shares a wall with a primary unit. Not much noise is heard from either side due to entire home layout. Noise is very low to none from bedroom; however, the pull out bed located in the living room space can have some noise. If you are a very light sleeper then id advise looking for something else. There is a train and some traffic that pass through. Overall for the price I’d say it’s a great spot
