The Modern Villa

This unique & recently built villa has a style all its own, just 2.5 miles outside of the quaint mountain town of Wellsboro. Here you will find the charming streets lined with gas lit lamps, shops, restaurants, & more. The Modern Villa sits on a private hill with beautiful views & breath taking sunsets. You will find yourself breathing in fresh mountain air with the luxury of modern living to make your stay the absolute best. We have a fully stocked house waiting for you. The space The Modern Villa is set up with 2 Master Suits on separate floors with queen beds. We have two living spaces on each floor & a dedicated work area. Guest access The Modern Villa has private parking & adequate outside lighting. Our access code will be provided prior to check-in as will the address. Other things to note House Rules & Check-out Procedure 1. Treat The Modern Villa better than your own home. 2. No Pets - If violated $$$ fee will be charged. 3. No Smoking - If violated $$$ fee will be charged. 4. No Parties - If violated $$$ fee will be charged. 5. Damage -I expect my guests to inform me of ANY damage to The Modern Villa as soon as possible. So we can work together to find a reasonable solution. My guests are expected to pay for OR reimbursement of, if you are responsible for the damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. 6. Have a memorable time at The Modern Villa! **Guests should not leave The Modern Villa in a state that requires deep or extensive cleaning. **Cleaning fees set by The Modern Villa are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (laundry, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, wiping down the kitchen, etc.). Check List before Check-out: 1. Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher before leaving & please start it.  2. Please place all dirty towels in a pile on the floor by the washer before leaving.  3. Please leave the beds unmade if you used them.   4. Clean out the fridge - either take the items with you OR throw them away. 5. Please collect all the trash in The Modern Villa (Kitchen & Bathrooms) & dispose it in the big black trash can located outside the basement door.  6. Please turn off all lights, coffer makers, dryer, oven, & TV's before leaving. 7. We are not responsible for any items left behind. 8. Tell us how about your experience at The Modern Villa.
