Featuring a Mini Split for Heating/Cooling, & Heated Flooring (not in use during summer times) for those brr cold winters The space • 1 King Bed overlooking forest and Gazebo. • 1 fully stocked kitchenette with all the amenities (kitchen utensils, spices, microwave, toaster, 1 induction stove top, 1 mini fridge, pots, pans, coffee maker+ coffee, etc) • LG washing and drying machine available for all guests. • 3 piece fully functional bathroom, shower, sink, toilet • Luxury Hottub Spa • Unlimited 40mb Internet speed • Propane BBQ • Propane fire table • 2 hammocks in forest • Games outdoor and indoor We have a large deck and Gazebo, with many places to relax, from the egg chairs to the cushion comfy chairs next to the fire table Guest access You will have private access to the whole property during your stay! Large driveway, ample space to park your ATVS or RV. The land is 1 acre in size; (Property line ends at placed fence, and orange markers in forest). Keypad access code for ease of entrance. Close to the grocery store, where you will find most of the necessities. Few minutes drive to nearby restaurants and café, serving coffee, pizza, burgers, desserts, you name it! 30 minutes drive from Moncton We are located 15 minutes from the famous Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park, A few minutes drive to the golf course, & white rock recreational park, and many trails to chose from! ATV Friendly Atv trails are nearby; grab your ATV and drive out the driveway to your trail of choice Other things to note Hillsborough is a developed town, with multiple restaurants, ATV trails, gas stations and a local grocery store. Once in a while you may hear neighbouring noise in the distance, you may hear cars go by once in a while. Being in a developed neighborhood total 100% silence may not always be achievable. ** Please no pets including service animals, due to allergies.
