Home from home

I hope my home has that warm friendly feeling, it’s certainly my aim. 2 double rooms are available for hire at £60 pn each although as they do not have en-suite I would offer them to a small group or just a small family at a time so strangers do not have to share facilities. I do not offer breakfast as standard but offer toast from homemade bread, homemade jam, homemade granola plus tea or coffee. The kitchen and dining room are there to be used at any time if you wish. The space My home is in a quiet cul-de-sac, a 5 minute walk through to the the main street. ( 10 mins from Kentwell and Melford Hall) The upstairs of the property is purely for Airbnb use. There are 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Guests are free to use the kitchen to make tea / coffee and toast or crook a full meal. Please be aware that I do have a small cockapoo, who is well socialised with children and other dogs Guest access I will be home to welcome you and give you a key During your stay I do live in the property and will probably be on hand to answer any queries. If I am out and about I can be contacted through airbnb messaging Other things to note Long Melford is a lovely location with lots of beautiful surrounding countryside and villages close by. The village has a number of coffee/tea shops, 5 pub restaurants and lovely antique shops. Lavenham with its historic Tudor buildings is a 15 min drive.
