The space This 4 br 4 bth home sits on 5 peaceful acres on the valley floor. The house is completely offgrid powered by solar panels with battery storage and generator backup, it is completely self sufficient. Surrounded by serene desert views and some of the best star gazing in the nation. The bunkroom features 4 twin sized beds suitable for children under 150#s and one full sized bed rated for 400#. It includes access to 1 full bath right outside it's door. This bath can also be accessed from the common areas of the house, but every other bookable room in the house does have it's own bathroom. when booked in conjunction with another room or rooms @ the oasis the bunkroom is capable of sleeping up to 6 people and has 6 lockers to enable individual storage of possessions. Guest access You will have full and exclusive use of the bunkroom, and detached full bath, as well as shared access to to kitchen and living room. Other things to note To reiterate, anyone attempting to stay in the bunkroom with more than 3 total people who has failed to also book another room in the house for the same time period WILL have their booking canceled.
