The space Master Bedroom: Large master room with king bed, walk in robe, large ensuite, double shower and basin, private access to large decking and stunning views. Second Bedroom: Queen bed, built in robe, views and private external access. Third Bedroom: Queen bed, double sliding doors, block out blinds, and a view! Fourth Room: This room is only prepared and provided access to upon request at booking when booking for more than 4 quests. Queen bed with no access to built in robes. You will have access to storage draws under the bed. Kitchen: Large chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, walk in butler's pantry, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer. Laundry: Spacious laundry with dryer, washing machine, clothes line, ironing board and iron. Living area: Open living area with wide opening doors to a stunning multi level deck. Large high quality wooden dining table with 6 chairs (must use placemats). Coffee table, couches, TV and aquarium with beautiful tropical fish. Makes a great space for entertaining or relaxing. Backyard: Multi level deck, stunning views with both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor lounge, firepit, barrels and stools. Relax with family, friends or entertain (strictly no parties). Decent sized grass area for the (fur or skin) kids to play. Parking: There is no access to the garage. However there is parking in the driveway and 2 car spaces in front of the property on the road. The house is at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, with the garbage truck only coming through on a Wednesday morning. Dog friendly: This property is dog friendly with an enclosed back yard. The property also has an additional private gated courtyard with fake grass (for the more adventurous, excitable dog). Access through the laundry or 3rd bedroom. If you're allergic to dogs, this house might not be for you. If you're allergic and booking this space, please let me know so I can alert you if a dog is staying prior to your visit.
