This home is stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful stay here in Colorado Springs Enjoy a fully loaded kitchen, fiberoptic WiFi, a dining area, comfy living room with smart TV so you can login to your favorite apps like Netflix and Hulu, room by room climate control, full size laundry, squeaky clean bathroom and cozy bedrooms, each with brand new, super comfy memory foam mattress. Furnished in a comfortable, contemporary style; this is your home away from home. LIVING ROOM Access the home via convenient keyless entry. The living room has a L shaped couch, a coffee table, and a Smart TV so you can login to your favorite apps like Netflix and Hulu. There is FIBER Wi-Fi. KITCHEN & DINING The efficient kitchen is fully stocked for making some delicious meals (or just coffee!) during your stay. There is a stainless-steel fridge and freezer, electric range and oven, a microwave, toaster, and a dishwasher. There is Keurig Duo coffee maker so you can utilize Pods or make a traditional pot of coffee + we offer complimentary coffee :) There are pots, pans, bakeware, cutting boards, a strainer, food storage containers, knives, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a mixing spoon, slotted spoon, slotted turner, ladle, spatula, tongs, grater, whisk. There are plates, bowls, silverware, coffee mugs, wine glasses, and water glasses. There are some cleaning supplies including all-purpose cleaner, dishwasher pods, sponges, dish soap, hand soap, extra trash bags, and some paper towels. SUNROOM This home features a beautiful sunroom with a large wicker couch + glass coffee table, an EGG chair, a glass-top dining table with 4 seats, and a dedicated desk for remote work along with plenty of shelving! BEDROOMS There are two bedrooms in the home. They both have brand new Queen size comfy mattresses (with mattress toppers which you may remove if you prefer a more firm mattress), high quality bedding, plenty of pillows, full body mirrors, and fresh linens for your comfort. The custom built closets have tons of shelving + space to hang up your clothes. The bedrooms offer two nightstands with lamps and charging stations as well as a remote for the wall mounted mini-split so that you may set the room to whatever temperature you would like! BATHROOM The sparkling clean bathroom has a skylight with 2 sinks with vanity, a beautiful shower and a heated toilet seat. We provide fresh towels, washcloths, hand towels, for use during your stay. We also provide spa quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. LAUNDRY There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen, and we provide complimentary detergent for you to use. OUTSIDE More outdoor furniture is on the way, but in the meantime there are gravity chairs on the back deck for you to relax and enjoy the sun with a cup of coffee. BUSINESS TRAVEL Fast FiberOptic WiFi is available for business travel and there is a spacious desk in the sunroom PETS This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaners time that we will request after you book. Your pets are free to use the yard but you must pick up after your pets or a fine will be applied. We are happy to host both you and your pets! Smoking: Please no smoking/vaping or marijuana on property. Guest access You have access to: - The House (Unit A) / the surrounding deck - Front Yard/Backyard No access to: - The Garage - Unit B Cottage - Firewood / Storage Sheds Other things to note CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN: This property is conveniently located close to downtown, offering easy access to many attractions. You may see some of the homeless community around, but there has never been any issues. NEARBY PARK: Feel free to stroll across street to John "Prairie Dog" O'Byrne Park to let your pet roam around. PET FRIENDLY: This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. There is an additional flat fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's time. The cost of the pet clean is collected via Airbnb. We are happy to host both you and your pets! SMOKING/FIRES: We ask that you do not smoke or vape inside the home and no open flames or candles inside. Please do not use wood stove. A $250 deep cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside.
