Please note that this is a basement unit, so you'll need to walk down one flight of stairs to access it. Due to the low ceiling in certain areas, this space may not be suitable for guests over 6 feet tall, as there is a low point where the vents run. Quiet hours are in effect after 10pm. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or around the property. A $200 fine will be applied if any smoking is detected.
