Balcony with washing machine overlooking the internal garden. Bus 6. The space There are two other rooms for rent in the apartment, one of which has a private bathroom. The bathroom (with whirlpool) will be shared with guests in another room. During your stay I live in Florence and am helped by a co-host. Someone will be present at check-in for all instructions. Other things to note The costs for electricity, hot and cold water, heating (throughout the house), and air conditioning (only in the living room) are calculated separately at €120 per month (for one person) and €150 per month (for two people). In the winter months (from November to mid-April) 150 for one person and 170 for two people. Cleaning to be paid at departure: €30 (per room).
