The house is located on the banks of the Swiss Normandy 13 km from Caen, overlooking the countryside. You will be in an upstairs bedroom with individual bathroom and toilet. 500m from the Orne and the Cap Orne leisure center (canoe rentals, pedal boats, paddles on weekends and school holidays), a greenway and 3 minutes from the Moulin de Bully (reception room) The space You will have the floor to yourself including a bathroom with toilet, I sleep downstairs. The rest of the house will be shared with me, open kitchen and living room, a terrace for strolling or eating. Guest access Kettle, tea, herbal tea and coffee powder in the room. You can use the kitchen to heat your dishes and eat either in the room, where there is a small table, or downstairs or on the terrace. Depending on your wishes, I'll leave you alone or we can have meals together. There is a "gang of pizza" vending machine in the village and a restaurant "le marronnier" (check opening days), and by the river in summer on weekends a place for snacks. Other things to note Only guests with positive reviews from other hosts will be able to book. I don't accept guests who don't have any reviews on the site yet, due to the one bad experience I had in this case.
