Looking for a quiet, large, beautiful place, with all the amenities? Completed in 2024, we designed it with: scenic work spaces, great wifi and 5 private rooms w/ private bath, 4 floors of living space, commercial quality wifi , an outdoor kitchen/bbq, jacuzzi, and sauna. Concrete house walls reduce internal noise, and we are located on a dead-end street, with no traffic noise, terrific view of the city, and above the city pollution! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The space The house has 4 levels: (1) rooftop terrace, (2)guest room floor with 4 bedrooms and co-working space (3) kitchen, dining room, living room and 1 guest bedroom. (4) ground floor with sauna, gym, game room and laundry area. Patio area with jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, covered eating area and court area for pickleball, badminton and volleyball, basketball and soccer. Guest rooms come with queen beds, large closet, private bath and desk with comfortable chair. Each floor has balcony access and hammocks. You have a choice of hillside or Mountain View. The property includes a nature walk down to a stream/waterfall. Excellent for experiencing a jungle, bird watching and nature. With a maximum of 5 guests, commercial grade internet service and a quiet neighborhood, you can work anywhere, inside or out. Guest access Guests have access to entire facility, except the other guest rooms. There is parking for 5 cars and several motor bikes. Half of the property is undeveloped with a stream and waterfall. Great for birdwatching! There is: a huge roof deck, a fully equipped professional kitchen with herb garden, washer/dryer and space to hang clothes, and onsite luggage storage space. Commercial grade fiber optic wifi is available in the developed area of the property. Wth only 5 guests maximum you will be able to find a great work space, inside or out. The only place that is not available to guests is the owner’s house. During your stay I have been a Super Host since 2017 in other rented properties in Medellin. Now I own and live on this large property, in a separate house, across the outdoor area from the 4 story airbnb. I and/or my co-host are available 24/7. I like to host things like pizza on the grill in the outdoor kitchen, the occasional holiday feast, and I love to bake…banana bread is my speciality. I love accompanying guests to things like tours, Metro excursions, exploration of the local markets. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you would like company on your Medellin adventures. Once you have experienced the buses and Metro, you will feel much more comfortable to explore on your own. We are happy to help you with the logistics of planning local excursions, and securing transport to facilitate your access and enjoyment of the greater area. You are always welcome to text, call or stop over if you need anything! Other things to note The house was constructed to ensure maximum work space and privacy for digital nomads. Concrete walls and floors provide soundproof work and sleep areas. Commercial grade wifi service is provided to inside and outside areas of the property. Half of the property is a protected nature preserve with a stream and waterfall area. Organic bananas and mangos are often available on the property. The gourmet kitchen includes a fresh herb garden for use by guests. The driveway is steep and provides for good exercise, and the Airbnb building is 4 stories (including the roof terrace), and has no elevator. My cats sometimes find their way to the Airbnb space.
